Recognition of Prior Learning (Fast Track)
Our 2-day Fast Track course is suitable for operators currently employed within the Anti-Piracy Maritime Security Industry, who can demonstrate prior learning or operational experience
Qualification
This course has been specifically designed to follow the requirements of ISO PAS 28007, the IMO (International Maritime Organisation) guidance for Privately Contracted Armed Security Personnel (PCASP) and the UK Department for Transports Interim Guidance to UK Flagged Shipping on the Use of Armed Guards to Defend against the Threat of Piracy in Exceptional Circumstances. Delegates will have the opportunity to be awarded the full City and Guilds 8269 Level 3 MSO Qualification.
