Our CQD courses are designed to equip anyone for close quarter defence; whether in the Forces/Police or Security Industry. Self defence for the civilian is the means to repel an attacker with "only with force which is deemed necessary". On the other side of the spectrum is military close quarter combat, the ability to cause extensive amounts of damage in the shortest possible time. This CQD training course has been designed by our Chief instructor and is indeed our own unique system. It covers the basics in attack and defence techniques regardless of whatever enemy you are facing. You will be armed with a variety of skills to combat an enemy who is unarmed or armed with an edged weapon, pistol, and rifle.
