Description:

Since March 2006, it has been mandatory to have a license in order to work in Close Protection Operations in the UK. This can be obtained by successfully passing an approved course which meets the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA). It is a requirement of SIA (U.K.) that all close protection courses last for a minimum of 150 hours. The same counts for local Close Protection Officers operating within the borders of South-Africa through the governing bodies of PSIRA and SASSETA. TSU Executive Protection adhere to all these minimum requirements and go way beyond and above all these stipulations to provide arguably one of the most advanced Close Protection courses available within the industry today offering a 32 Day 380 Hour Super Course which consists of the following.

HABC (QCF) Level 3 Executive Close Protection Course and inclusive of the following:

5 Star Venue.

Full Board including 3 meals a day, luxury accomodation, vehicles, ammunition and firearms.

This training course covers the NEW 2015 specification and much, much more.

Advanced Driving: Gerotek Most Advanced driving facility in the Southern Hemisphere

FPOS I: Our FPOS I is a lifelike and real-world course directed at Executive Protection Operators and the explicit circumstances they will confront. Not only do we cover the recognizable injuries related to trauma but we also look at the most likely worst case scenario conditions encountered when working with a principal or team, inclusive of pediatric care.

Firearms: Handgun - Law (U/S117705), Handgun - Handle and Use (U/S 119649)

Handgun - Handle and Use for Business Purposes (U/S 123515)

Long Bore and Assault Rifle familiarizing and competency module:

Maritime and Land Operations competence course to understand the functionality of you long bore rifle. This will be the ONLY course within the world whereby after your first four (4) days of the Close Quarter Survival modules, you will be allowed to carry your side arm on you when on site at all times. 1600 Rounds of ammunition for your hand weapon, 100 rounds for your assault rifle and 100 rounds for your sniper rifle.
