Qualification: City & Guilds Level 3
Description:
Who is the course for?
The purpose of this City and Guilds 2886 (formerly 1886) award is to provide trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to deliver effective, realistic and relevant training in Conflict Management /Conflict Resolution. It provides a recognised qualification for those who want to train others to deal with any types of violence in the workplace. It is a qualification that will equip you to train a wide range of workers, security operators, door supervisors, NHS employees and all those who interact face-to-face with fellow workers and the public.
The course is designed to give experienced or new trainers hints and tips in preparing scenarios both for conflict management and indeed any other type of training. Scenario based training is often a neglected training tool due to many people having had bad experiences of scenario/role play in the past but we aim to demonstrate how this can become an enjoyable part of any training package for both student and trainer.
City and Guilds 2886 (Formerly 1886) Award is suitable for those who work, or want to work as trainers of:
