Door Supervisor Course by Training Strategies Ltd

The course itself was limited to two days per week so therefoe took seven weeks to completed. It leaned very heavily towards customer service, as a result two NVQs were gained in this area. Scenario based rraining was a bit wanting as was the physical intervention/conrol and restraint. Over all the cousre was adequate but the areas highlighted could be improved, as could the consistency from the instructors and othe main office administration, which was woeful at times.
