I came on the course having read reviews of courses run in the UK. I flatley refuse to pay hard earned cash for a course where they qualify you with 22 ammunition.
So France it was. From the initial enquiry to depature the course was fully squared away. Julie kept in contact with travel details, looking at all routes to find out what was the cheapest for us. We were put up in excellent single room accommodation, a small farm house in Brittani with wifi and the food was outstanding. Not a military chef in sight.
As for the cousre itself, it's one of the most personal courses i've ever been on. From stripping & assembling to firing, coaching and problem solving. Nothing was too much hastle for the guys. It wasn't a 'you know what you're doing lads, crack on' It was 'right, lets start form the beginning' with every weapon and without treating you like a nugget. The ammunition was there to be used and you kept going until both you and one of the 3 training team were happy.
The enthusiasm and professionalism is infectious and I will definitely be going back next year to re qualify with a certificate worth paying for.
