Overall a brilliant week. I could of quite happily stayed longer. The experience of the instructors was plain to see meaning there was a little bit of free reign afforded to the candidates while also remaining safe and within guidelines. The working dynamics of the whole team from Mark down gave a pleasant learning environment that was informal while remaining professional, that allowed the achievement of course outcomes, but while also having room for a laugh. The range of firearms was impressive and I learnt a lot. I would definitely come back for more training and fully recommend to all my collegues.
There was, and still is a feeling of genuine interest to the course providors candidates. Even 1 year on I am in regular contact with Mark and Julie who are not shy in sharing any tidbits of info relating to the industry. I even found some work through them. This really is a fantastic set up which I feel is tremendous value for money. As an operator I feel it is up to the individual to stay 'current'. i.e. hands on experience with the actual weapons and ammunition you use in theatre. Eurotactical is NOT a .22 range, and you will NOT be firing down a concrete pipe. Any weapons I have encountered in theatre have been covered on the course including AK's, Benelli, Steyr, G3, SLR etc, etc. This really is a fantastic course that I would wholeheartedly recommend.
Big thank you to the Eurotactical Team
