Close Protection Course by Clearwater Special Projects Ltd

Ran by well experienced operatives who have years of experience in every possible situation. Henry Patterson kept me entertained making even the most boring of subjects fun, that helps a lot when you have been training solid day and night for 14 days. There was no nonsense and the subjects studied were taught thoroughly. Although not essential but highly recommended and reviewed, the book THE NEW BODYGUARD written by Kevin Horak the Managing Director of Clearwater, helped provide a solid base before going on the course. If everyone who was thinking of embarking on such a career read this I'm sure there would be a lot less Walter Mitty's around. Before even joining the course it was made clear that the subjects of first aid and combat/martial arts were of great importance and to learn either of these requires a lot of time and effort to gain appropriate skills necessary for any CPO who wants to be treated seriously. This meant while on the CP course, during the time we had it allowed us to be trained properly at a better depth on other important sections. Also training with CLEARWATER allows us once we pass to become a member of their CLOSE PROTECTION FEDERATION, which is an honor money cannot buy! Also by being trained by the best we have a better chance of being employed by the best. Clearwater Special Projects is known internationally and specialise in many areas of top level security and surveilance services. their training is well known and well respected throughout the world. So if your looking for cheap, basic or something just to get your badge forget it. Pay the extra and you won't regret it because you know you are getting the best training from the best in the industry.
