Most of the training was done in the carpark or the class room, first aid wasn't taught although I paid for it and absolutely NO help was given after the course just constant excuses and apologies about why we weren't out doing practical drills and assessments and such, as a refresher it would be ok but taking people who didn't have a clue to start with most of them still didn't by the end that is my honest opinion of this course
